Welcome to Radiant Week 3!

We are more than half way through the course and I hope you are starting to feel the benefit of more movement and nourishing foods in your life.

This week, while you continue to move your body and eat well, I want you to add in a focus on self-care.  What practices can you take on this week that will help replenish your body, mind and spirit?
