we’ll go over your health and exercise history, discuss your goals, and create a custom training program just for you. Whether you’re new to exercise or an old gym rat, we’ll create an exercise plan that works best for your needs.

What? As a Certified C.H.E.K. Exercise and Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I combine strength training, endurance work, yoga, dance, acrobatics and health coaching to create invigorating, unique and effective personal training sessions.
