RADIANT WEEK 2
Welcome to Radiant Week 2 and congratulations on finishing your first week! I hope you have been working up a good sweat, listening deeply to your body and getting good rest. In this coming week, we are going to continue with body weight exercises and dive more deeply into understanding healthy food choices and how to cultivate a nourishing relationship with food.
Specifically, this week includes:
- A 25 min Full Body Workout, ideally to be done three times this week
-Stretching Video to be done after the workout video, and anytime you're feeling stiff
-Quick Hardcore Ab Workout, ideally to be done three times this week
-Mindful Approaches to Eating Video and Exercises
-10 Easy Tips for Eating Healthier Video
-Worksheet
