RADIANT WEEK 1
Welcome to your first week of Radiant, I'm so excited to begin this journey into radiance with you!
Below you will find:
1. 30 Min Full Body Workout Video, ideally do three times this week
2. 6 min stretching video, aim to do after each workout session and whenever your body is feeling tight
3. 8 min full body workout blast video, to do on days when you don't have time to do the full 30 minutes
4. 5 Steps to Transforming your Health and Fitness Holistically, available both in video and in audio
5. Worksheet with journal prompts based off of the video
My goal for you is that you are tracking your food and moving your body every day this week, with at least 3 intense workouts.

WEEK 1 Full Body WORKOUT VIDEO:
In this 30 minute workout video, you'll work the whole body while continuing to keep your heart rate elevated. If it starts to feel too much, simply march it place, but try to keep moving the whole time.
Aim to do this video at least 3 times this week.

WEEK 1 Stretching video
This stretching video is good to at the end of a workout video. Stretching keeps your muscles loose and injury free! Also great to do on days when you're feeling very low energy and not up for a full workout.
8 min Full body workout blast
For those days when you're feeling super short on time, but still want to break a sweat. You'll work your whole body and keep your heart rate elevated the whole time.
