Each session will include a full body workout, body weight training, core work and stretching. All levels are welcome as exercises will be tailored to meet the needs of each individual. No yelling or working out to you vomit here, just fun, effective workouts that will support you in reaching your fitness goals.

About the instructor: Polina Smith founded WholeBody Transformations, a holistic fitness training practice, in a commitment to help people relate to their bodies with compassion, joy and ease. Polina is a certified CHEK Exercise and Holistic Lifestyle Coach and draws on her background in circus arts, dance, yoga, tai chi, competitive swimming, strength training and massage therapy to create fun and effective sessions for people looking to bring health and well-being into their lives. When not exploring the world of fitness, Polina organizes Holistic Health Saloon, performs as a clown and works with the Medea Project, creating theater with women living with H.I.V.
